Day and Night treat

I believe everyone likes surprises. I love it so much! hehe..
Its like a sudden feeling that makes you feel good and happy, em like a treat maybe?!
Anyway, the dress I wore had a slight alteration to it. The back of the dress was originally hangs down,
but in here, pins had been put in so it hung to the side which I think it made the dress looks nicer
and less boring.
And that's me ready to go!

P.S went to try this new Thai restaurant called Sabai in town last night, and the food was amazing!

VIP booth

It was my friend's birthday night out last night.
Everyone's all dressed up pretty, loved everyone's dresses! Had such a good time and good laugh.
So after the birthday meal, we all hit town.
We had a few drinks at the bar (everyone was a bit drunk already) and then swithed location to Aurum (night club). We were on the guest list (thanks to one of the girls had it sorted!) and had a VIP booth (thanks to another girl). The night was amazying including the 'Beyonce's move' ^^
I really enjoyed it.

P.S super hungover this morning and made it to work at 9am!

Black or White, Love or Hate

I have been a bit emotional recently, a mix of love and hate towards things and people.
My mind has been switching like a crazy motor.
All I can express myself is by wearing black and white.



Sweaters

Waking up in the morning and the sky is still dark, it's telling you that winter is here.
so it's Sweater time!
Sweater is one of my fav wintry item. It is comfortable and cosy.
When I was little, I never liked them so much, because I was always layered in them by
my mom until I couldn't raise my arms.
To me, they were boring and only for warmth.
I never thought that they would be 'in fashion'.  Now, you can get them in many different styles,
designs, colour, think or thinly knitted.......
And this season, the statement sweater is with an animal on the front which Caroline Sieber was
wearing in London Fashion Week.

The Girlfriends

I had a lovely time with the girlfriend this weekend.
And she's on the train back home now... :(
We had been chatting non-stop (too much to catch up since we last see each other, even though we text all the time!) and I actually feel tired now cos I haven't talked this much for a long time LOL. We laughed so much, wondering around- in and out shops and munching. And I finally found a dress to go to my brother's graduation next month, HAPPY!
The pic quality isn't too good this time cos I was using the camera on my phone! plus I forgot to take pic yesterday.. too much distraction from the girlfriend..

Polka dots is in season (A/W 2011) again.
I think it is the most simple trend of this season.
I have to say, it is very easy to wear and if you want to keep it low profile, a pair of jeans with a polka dots top (which is what I'm wearing) or a simple dress with a pair of polka dots tights will give you the
on trend subtle look.

Have been suffering from a cold for the past few days and got a meal to go tonight, hope my appetite
would come back when I see delicious food later! :)

The weather was dreadful today. Crazy wind almost blew me away while walking home from uni.
Its not a good idea to take your camera out neither, my camera almost dropped on the ground. >.<
As you can see my hair movement in the pic how strong the wind was.
Well, at least I managed to take a quick shoot.
Jumper + Slouchy Cardigan + Big wooly scarf = comfy uni outfit
I do enjoy being a student because I can sometimes dressed up looking smart,
or dressed down in my comfy clothes and won't get into trouble! :)

I was walking on School Hill today, I saw BiBi's Bakery (Edinburgh) has opened one in town,
and the pinkness reminds me of 'Breast Cancer' so I went in and bought a pink cupcake.
Very cute cupcakes. ♥
I have almost forgotten that it is the Breast Cancer Awarness Month now.
I don't see any designers collaborating with chairties this year which is a bit weird or maybe I didn't notice..

Mushroom Risotto

Waking up to a beautiful Sunday morning and realising that you have got a cold is not good.
Well, at least no alarm clock, no lectures and no work= Stress free.
I can finally chill out in my cosy flat.
Cup of tea and catching up on some TV programmes that I missed during the week.
and of course make myself a mushroom risotto for lunch would be the perfect Sunday to me!

A beautiful meal to end the busy week.
We went to a very nice Italian restaurant called 'Pavarottis' tonight. The food was amazing. Everything is freshly made to order even the tomato sauce for pasta!
And the chef came to greet us at the end of the meal, because the boss said he's from a city very near where my italian friend is from..
Good company with great food.

Me and my friend went to try this newly opened Japanese restaurant called 'Konichi Bar& Restaurant' in town tonight. The food was actually quite tasty.. might go for a second visit soon and will defo have a night out at the bar soon!
